We’re open 24 hours a day Monday to Friday and 8am – 8pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Please tell reception if you have guests visiting and remember they are your responsibility.

Eating & drinking

Our cafe is open weekdays 7am – 7pm; Saturday and Sunday 8am – 5pm. Eat in or take to your desk.

Working late? Midnight snacks are available.

The members’ kitchen has free tea, coffee, milk and filtered water.

The kitchen is cleaned every evening but please help us to keep it tidy during the day. The shared fridge is cleared out every Friday evening.

Reception & office services

Reception is always manned.

We can help with couriers and taxis, laminating and binding, sending and recieving post, specialist and bulk printing and scanning.

Main office services are available weekdays 7am – 9pm; Saturday and Sunday 8am – 5pm.

On-site tech support is available weekdays 9am-7pm; Saturday and Sunday 8am – 5pm.

A full, free programme of events is included in your membership, including workshops, screenings and expert talks.

You can also meet fellow Soho Workers at our monthly social.

Look out for update emails and monthly calendas, book events at reception and feel free to bring a guest.

Our on-site tech manager will set you up with wi-fi and printers when you arrive.

Your membership card is pre-loaded with credit for 200 sheets per month but you can buy extra print credit at reception.

To print, send your document to any printer, then place your card on the reader to retrieve it.

Meeting rooms

Meetings should only take place in pre-booked meeting rooms, which can be reserved by the hour, day, or in breakout spaces.

Members using meeting rooms without a booking will be charged.

A fixed number of hours are included in your membership; any additional time used will be added to your account.

Choose between seated rooms (with screen, conference phones and studio rollers) and standing rooms (with presentation table, pin board walls and studio rollers).

FOod and drink can be ordered in advance from the cafe.

You can make your reservation on the memebers portal or in person at reception up to four weeks in advance; 24-hour cancellation charges apply.

Out library is stocked with a large selection of books, newspapers and journals.

Please borrow whatever you like and return it at the end of the day.

Photo Studio

A fully-equipped photo studio with a professional lighting rig; extra equipment is available on request.

You can book on the members portal by the hour or day; 48- hour cancellation charge applies.

An arts and crafts breakout space; featuring paints, tools, letterpress, screen printing, a 3D printer and more.

The workshop is free to use; some charges for materials may apply.

A 3D printer induction is available to everyone; you can then book the printer by the hour via the member’s portal.

We run regular Soho Worker’s workshops – see the events calendar for more details.

Being a Soho Works member

We want to create a calm, creative space that allows people to produce their best work and we’d love you to help. Here are a few suggestions as to how you can:

  • Be friendly to fellow Soho Workers but never noisy or nosy
  • Book rooms or use breakout spaces for meetings, rather than your desk
  • Use headphones rather than speakers
  • Put your mobile on silent and use phone booths to make calls
  • Clear your desk at the end of the day
  • Leave the kitchen sparkling whenever you use it and return dirties after use
  • Don’t eat stinky food at your desk
  • Tell a member of staff if the printer is on the blink
  • Be an active community member and make the most of events
  • Don’t hog the fridge or storage areas
  • Ask at reception if you need anything at all
